Brian Salter
Lead Pastor
Brian came to LMPC as the director of adult discipleship in 2006, having previously served with Campus Crusade for Christ in East Asia as well as on the University of Georgia campus. He received his bachelor's degree in education from the University of Georgia in 1997 and his Master of Divinity in 2006 from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, and was ordained at LMPC in 2007. Before becoming lead pastor in 2018, Brian also served as associate pastor of mission and vison. Brian and his wife Kendra have four children. He likes to grill and smoke meat, watch sports and coach his kids and others on Lookout Mountain, and play board games with his family.
Frank graduated from UT-Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in business, followed by an M.B.A. in finance at the University of Memphis. After spending his 20’s in business development and acquisitions, God led Frank to Reformed Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity. Following graduation, LMPC called Frank where he has served since 1991. He is married to Mary Vassar, and they have two daughters, a son, and a son-in-law. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, restoring old British cars, sailing and other water activities, and fishing with his college-aged son.
Chad received his bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Georgia in 1999 and his Master of Divinity in 2009 from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. He was ordained in the PCA in 2010 and served for over nine years as the associate pastor at Zion Presbyterian Church in Columbia, Tennessee, before coming to LMPC. Chad and his wife, Jessica, have four children. In Chad’s free time he loves to run, hike, play golf and tennis, coach his kids in various sports, and spend time with family and friends.
Aaron came to LMPC in 2002 as the director of high school youth. He received his bachelor's degree in sociology from Covenant College in 1997 and his Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Seminary in 2002. Aaron was ordained as assistant pastor of high school youth at LMPC in 2005. Prior to coming to LMPC, Aaron served as a youth minister in Jacksonville, Florida and St. Louis, Missouri. Aaron and his wife Lisa have four children. He loves to run, read, and play the guitar.
Wil came to LMPC as the Pastor of Outreach in 2021, having previously served as the Reformed University Fellowship Campus Minister at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas from 2017-2021. He grew up in Tupelo, Mississippi and received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Mississippi. He served as an RUF intern at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, when he met his now-wife, Mary, who was serving as an RUF intern at the College of William and Mary. He received his Master of Divinity in 2017 from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Miss., and was ordained in the PCA in 2018.
