Advent and Christmas
The Christmas Hymn Sing is held the first week of December each year. Vocal ensembles and congregational singing take place in the fellowship hall, followed by refreshments.
LMPC’s annual Christmas concert is held every December. The Chancel Choir, children’s choirs, chamber orchestra, and congregation will join together in singing carols and classics recounting the Savior’s birth. Nursery will be provided at the earlier concert.
The Festival of Lessons and Carols is held on Christmas Eve at 3:00, 5:00, and 6:30 p.m. This beautiful candlelight service includes the Christmas narrative from Scripture, vocal and instrumental music, carols for the congregation, and a Christmas homily/children’s sermon.
