UPDATE: The Leadership Transition brochure, containing biographies and a brief history of the transition, is available now.

UPDATE: On January 13, 2018, the Tennessee Valley Presbytery voted unanimously in favor of the recommended pastoral succession plan.

UPDATE: the motion presented by the pulpit committee on October 22, 2017,  at the five congregational meetings passed with over 98% of the vote being “yes.”

Joe Novenson, our Senior Teaching Pastor, is planning to transition away from his current position in October 2018 and remain in full-time ministry here at LMPC for as long as God enables him. The Session is recommending to the congregation that Brian Salter become the next Senior Teaching Pastor.
